When you contact us, we use the details and information you provide to assess and answer your enquiry. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is precontractual measures at your request or our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or grant permission for audience measurement.
Operating the website
Hosting and technical services process connection information needed to operate and secure the website. Language and privacy choices may be stored in your browser. Embedded maps and audience measurement have separate choices in cookie settings.
Audience measurement
If Google Analytics is configured and you accept it, Google Ireland Limited receives technical information and data about visits to public pages, associated with cookie identifiers. Our integration excludes search parameters, URL fragments and form contents from the events it sends. Google Signals and personalised advertising are not enabled. You can withdraw permission at any time.
Access and recipients
Enquiries are available to the people handling them and the technical providers needed for delivery and management. Forms connected to the internal GCEA Insight application are followed up there. This operational use is separate from Google Analytics: messages and contact details must not be sent to an audience measurement service.

Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides the Google services mentioned here. Their use may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. Information on recipients, safeguards and Google’s processing is available in its privacy policy. You may refuse these optional services.
Retention
Your privacy choice is stored for 180 days. Analytics cookies from this integration are limited to 180 days without automatic renewal. Retention within Google Analytics depends on the property setting. Enquiries are retained for handling and justified follow-up, then according to obligations applicable to the file. You can ask us for the period applicable to your file.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to certain processing and withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing. Write to the address below. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
